Responsibilities

  • You'll play a key role in providing expert guidance on contract frameworks, policies, and standards, enabling improved performance, compliance, and efficiency across all contract-related activities.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Establish and maintain contract management frameworks, policies, and standards to drive consistency across the organisation. Ensuring compliance with internal governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of contracts drafting of service description and service level, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and renewal/termination.
  • Ensure contracts are structured to optimise commercial outcomes and minimise risk and drive value through effective negotiation, cost control, and performance management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal, finance, operations) to provide expert contract guidance and support business objectives.
  • Track contract performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, providing reporting and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and coordinate processes within the Centre of Excellence to ensure governance controls, and operational requirements are fully in place prior to implementation.
