In support of an ambitious global growth plan, Greene Tweed's Transformation Office is hiring an experienced change agent to lead large, cross-functional Enterprise Process Improvement projects. The Project Manager - Enterprise Initiatives will translate broad problem statements and white space challenges into clearly defined and solvable projects that he/she leads to successful completion. Deployable across every corner of the company, the Project Manager - Enterprise Initiatives will use Data Analysis, Process Investigation and Design, Business Requirements, Benchmarking, Program Management, and Continuous Improvement tools to create project charters, create teams, and lead them to successful outcomes. He/she will demonstrate a high level of business acumen and a focus on measurable results to generate step changes in key process performance at a cross-functional, company level. Job Responsibilities: Directly manages Transformation Projects and Programs tied to the company's strategic business plan and 2030 vision, as assigned by the Director, TMO. Manages the lifecycle of these projects and programs to ensure a structured approach. Able to translate broad problem statements and white space challenges into clearly defined and solvable projects, with a phased approach as needed. Drives the business case for strategic initiatives and validates the impact on business critical outcomes, applying best-practice financial and prioritization practices. Maintains regular tactical and strategic alignment with business and leadership Demonstrates business acumen and critical thinking in connecting tactics to the bigger picture, and identifying key elements that underpin critical business decisions. Ability to interface with commercial, technical and manufacturing resources to drive progress. Leverages understanding of business and operations workflows to speed progress. Ability to negotiate priorities and timelines across business units and escalate as needed to align priorities. Anticipates and identifies potential roadblocks and solicits input in overcoming barriers. Manages risk; leveraging structured approaches across budget and schedule, customer requirements, commercial requirements, supply chain requirements, manufacturing and quality capabilities, and resourcing plan Tracks and forecasts progress to plan with a sense of urgency and high level of detail. Establishes cross-functional teams as required, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities, alignment, and setting the cadence for progress tracking. Monitors and communicates regularly to team members on completion status of their project deliverables as well as project changes. Leverages other change agents throughout the company to collaborate on impact. Assesses, monitors and ensures availability of cross-functional resources to follow through on existing projects and initiation of new projects. Serves as role model to team members in demonstrating urgency, responsiveness, collaboration, and clear communication. Builds and maintains strong working relationships. Required Qualifications: Education: - B.S or equivalent in Technical or Business disciplines Continuous Improvement Black Belt or Master Black Belt a plus Substantial project and program management experience required. Substantial change management experience required. Min 10 yrs experience preferably in progressivelychallenging engineering, technology, project mgmt and/or leadership roles High integrity, modeling all elements of Greene Tweed Code of Conduct Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Accountability & Drive for Results - Ability to work with minimal supervision; steadfastly pushes self & others for results, bias for action and measurable results.
