About the role
The Outpatient Therapy Supervisor provides direct patient care as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist as well as responsibility for the operational success of the assigned therapy clinic. Supervision of the day to day operations to include, but not limited to time keeping, team member engagement, education and training, integration with clinical and non-clinical RHS departments, patient satisfaction, functional outcomes, volume growth, marketing and analysis/action planning based on operational reports to ensure operational success of the therapy clinic. The Outpatient Therapy Supervisor reports to Rehab Services Director and supervises and provides administrative leadership of their assigned therapy clinic.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelors Degree, Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy (Required) or
- Masters Degree, Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy (Required) or
- Doctoral Degree, Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy (Required)
- Healthcare leadership experience (Preferred)
- 1 year Practicing Clinician (Required)
- Licenses and Certifications
- License Physical Therapy (PT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required) and
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
