For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Verona a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Engineer. Main Tasks Manage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support. Prepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements. Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests. Coordinate internally (R&D, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery. Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions. Contribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders. Deliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required. Communicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management. Strong knowledge of railway technology and customer service environment. Experience in system engineering, project management, or development. Ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of offers independently. Effective communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams. Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Team-oriented mindset with balanced interpersonal skills. Market-oriented thinking and solid IT skills.
