- Experience leading data, systems, or technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, systems integration, and database management
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working across multiple platforms and integrating hardware, software, and network systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address system compatibility and performance challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with data warehousing, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architecture frameworks
