Responsibilities
- Deliver the best sourcing experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and our business leaders
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for each role.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques, advanced internet research, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.

- Act as a liaison between AECOM Talent Acquisition and external vendors
- Build relationships with various stakeholders to deliver a focused approach to sourcing prospective candidates to achieve consistency, efficiency, and the best quality hires
- Proactively communicate with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Previous experience building multi-channel, candidate pipelines supporting multiple business lines and positions.
- Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Development of Recruiting Strategies.
- Proficient utilizing MS office.
