As an Income Auditor & Finance Coordinator you are to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all hotel revenue by auditing daily income transactions, while supporting the Finance team in administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth financial operations. Income Audit Verify and audit all daily revenue from hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Events, etc.) Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system (PMS / POS) Reconcile daily sales reports with system postings and supporting documents Investigate and report any discrepancies or irregularities Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Prepare daily income audit reports for management review Finance Coordinator Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation Coordinate with departments (Front Office, F&B, Sales) on revenue-related matters Support month-end closing processes Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records Assist in audits (internal / external) when required Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
