Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sourcing projects focused on Total Cost of Ownership across MRO and other key spend areas by applying Mosaic's 9‑step strategic sourcing process, including category analysis, data review, and reporting.

- Monitor contractor and supplier performance against agreed commercial terms, working proactively to address risks and opportunities.
- Lead and support regional, national, and global sourcing initiatives, including supplier market assessments, RFP/RFI development, market basket creation, analysis, and communications.
- Partner closely with the Manager, Global MRO, and key stakeholders during negotiations, strategy development, and supplier selection.
- Collaborate with site teams and suppliers to support effective implementation and adoption of sourcing strategies and agreements.
- Engage with Legal to help develop and review commercial and non‑commercial terms, conditions, and supply agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, major in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management
- 3+ Contract Negotiations experience
- Enterprise Business Systems experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
