Junior Advocate

Responsibilities

• Draft plaints, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, and written submissions.
• Handle Civil and Criminal Litigation matters.
• Work on Property Matters and Commercial Disputes.
• Handle Insolvency proceedings before NCLT.
• Assist in Arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Appear before Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Commercial Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals.
• Manage court filings and procedural compliances.
• Prepare case briefs and maintain legal documentation.
• Maintain digital legal records and case management systems.
• Utilize AI-assisted legal research tools and legal technology platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court officials.
• Attend court hearings and independently seek adjournments whenever required.

Requirements

• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
• LL.M. will be an added advantage
• 5-9 Years
• Candidates should possess practical litigation experience and demonstrate the ability to handle court matters with minimal supervision.
• Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: Half Day
• Salary
• ₹6 - ₹18 Lakhs per annum
• Salary will be offered based on the candidate's litigation experience, drafting ability, court exposure, and overall suitability.
