The US FCRM Regulatory and Audit Oversight team manages the Bank's engagement with regulatory agencies, internal audit, and issues management processes. The team's core responsibility is to support a well-organized, consistent, and effective response process across regulatory, audit, and issue-related activities. The team serves as the central coordination point for regulatory examinations, including request intake and distribution, response compilation and submission, follow-up management, and stakeholder alignment. It also supports internal audit engagements by facilitating communication, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure timely, accurate business responses. In addition, the team oversees FCRM issues management by promoting complete, concise issue documentation, well-structured action plans, and timely submissions. The team partners closely with FCRM stakeholders and Regulatory Program Management to strengthen governance, transparency, and readiness across engagements. By serving as a liaison between the business, Compliance, Legal, and oversight functions, the team helps reduce risk and promote accountability in the organization's response to internal and external reviews. The Financial Crime Risk Specialist role develops and maintains TD's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks, methodologies, policies, standards, procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, management reporting and/or escalation of issues. This role conducts periodic and event driven reviews of customers, including targeted reviews to assess risks.
