Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Completion of a postgraduate residency is preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
