Responsibilities

- Support strategic engineering projects and explore advanced automated solutions to achieve cost savings and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- The candidate must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering and a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in facilities engineering and a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
- Depending on the degree obtained, the listed number of years of experience will be needed in the items below:
- Oil-free air systems, HVAC systems, chilled water plants, boilers, environmental abatement systems, or compliance exhaust systems.
- Large-scale manufacturing/ mechanical engineering facility services support.
- Identifying, analyzing and solving immediate issues with technical equipment.
- Experience with mechanical (pumps, piping, valves, and other) and control (instrumentation, PCS and other) systems.
- Experience in project management, infrastructure mapping, and semiconductor facilities operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and collaborate with global teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work and adapt in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess a strong personal focus on safety for themselves and those around them.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in a business setting.
