Job Description - Process soil and rock samples in accordance with Fugro procedures - Logging of soil and rock samples to the relevant standard (e.g. ISO 17892, ASTM or others) - Perform basic soil and/or rock description and soil testing - Accurate and complete recording of data onto recording forms - Calculation of test results using a spreadsheet or software - Produce or assist in the production of project deliverables and/or reports - Recognize and adhere to the company's QHSE policies and procedures - Work offshore and in the onshore laboratories or other parts of Fugro offices when it is required Requirement - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Geological Engineering and related disciplines - Relevant working experience in civil engineering is preferred but not mandatory - Conversant in both written and spoken English for daily communication and report writing - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
