Senior Income Tax Accountant

About the role

Responsible for preparation of monthly tax provision and deferred taxation - including posting of journal entries, analysing transactional item with tax sensitivity, and balance sheet reconciliations. Coordination with tax planner and country field finance departments to review tax matter and accounting impact. Collaborate with global tax team to improve process by implementing standardization and automation. Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of working experience in audit and accounting field; additional finance-related working experience in multinational company with SAP is a plus
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards
• Additional language skill (e.g. Mandarin) is a plus
