REQ14611 Technician L1, Gaming Technical Services (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Technician L1, Gaming Technical Services is responsible for all approved immediate and preventative maintenance, installations, conversions, relocations and upgrades on all Electronic Gaming Machines, Table Games and other gaming and ancillary technology. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Performance of on-going preventive maintenance to ensure the service ability of all Electronic Gaming Machines and Table Gaming equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. Maintain equipment to approved standards and schedules. 2.Performs Electronic Gaming Machine and Table Games related gaming immediate repairs and other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacture guidelines and departmental procedures. 3.Inspects all new machines and conversion kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor. Perform EGM and Table Games related equipment moves, installations and re-configurations to the gaming floor in an accurate and efficient manner. 4.Assists in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Electronic Gaming Machines and Table Gaming equipment. 5.Acts accordance with Departmental Policies and Procedures and PAGCOR controls and regulations. 6.Develops a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale amongst the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments. 7.Ensures a safe and clean environment for customers. 8.Delivers a quality customer experience, in a welcoming and entertaining environment, providing value and always conducted with integrity. 9. Physical Demands 9.1 While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The Team Member will be required to meet all appearance guidelines while on duty to successfully perform the essential functions of this position 10. Work Environment 10.1 The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Will be exposed to electrical and other hazards and in a second-hand smoke-filled environment while performing the essential functions of this position. 11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time based on Management's sole discretion and prerogatives and in accordance with business objectives. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 1.Functionality of gaming equipment- optimum operational levels 2.PAGCOR Compliance/Adherence. 3.Adherence to all relevant Policies and Procedures. 4.Speed, efficiency and effectiveness of gaming related floor configurations. 5.Ability to coordinate works requires with suppliers and other departments.
