The Executive Manager - AI Cybersecurity Assurance is a senior leadership position within Deeplight consultancy, embedded directly within a major banking client. The role is responsible for leading the governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks for the client's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior bank executives and regulatory stakeholders, this position ensures that all AI deployments comply with internal security policies and global financial regulations, maintaining Deeplight's benchmark for professional excellence and strategic delivery. You responsibilities in this role include: Governance Leadership: Establish, maintain, and oversee the AI cybersecurity assurance framework, ensuring all AI/ML models align with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory mandates. Compliance & Auditing: Lead formal security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews of AI systems, data pipelines, and third-party AI integrations. Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and document cybersecurity risks inherent in AI technologies, driving the remediation strategy across engineering and business teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for internal audit, risk committees, senior executives, and external regulatory bodies regarding AI security compliance. Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on the organization's AI security posture, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities and compliance gaps are tracked and resolved. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that AI assurance activities support the broader strategic objectives of both Deeplight and the banking client, modeling senior-level professionalism across all engagements.
