How You'll Make an Impact Provide professional and consultative advice on financial planning and insurance solutions based on clients' needs and objectives Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing servicing and reviews Support clients in areas such as protection, savings, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation Develop and implement client acquisition and relationship-building activities Follow up on enquiries and client requests in a timely and professional manner Work towards individual and team performance goals Participate in training, coaching, and business development activities Who We Are Looking For Holders of a GCE 'A' Level Certificate, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, Degree qualification, or other recognised equivalent qualifications Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals are welcome to apply Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth mindset How You'll Be Rewarded Allowance Entry-level candidates with minimum GCE 'A' Level Certificate or Local Diploma - Up to S$2,500/month Candidates with Degree qualifications - Up to S$4,000/month Mid-career professionals may qualify for programmes with support of up to S$10,000/month
