MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: PILLPACK, LLC Offered Position: Manager III, Procurement Job Location: Phoenix, Arizona Job Number: AMZ9675630 Position Responsibilities: Manage complex supply chain management aspects of procurement within Amazon in support of Operations Lead for Procurement within building and network project(s). Coordinate the demand identification, procurement, and inventory management of all non-merchandise items required for the operation of the Fulfillment Center. Develop and utilize demand forecast models. Establish procurement order streams to match supply with demand on a JIT basis. Work with Non Inventory Receivers and FC Management to manage storage, labor and flow through the dock and yard areas for Non-Inventory supplies. Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance. Develop and utilize metrics to measure operational readiness and non-inventory performance. Manage contract compliance for key categories of spend and suppliers; administer, manage, and negotiate local/national contracts for supplies and service. Resolve payment issues with vendors and accounts payable. Partner with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions. Help manage and control Fixed Costs. Develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) supply chain management experience (logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations); 2) Supplier relationship management; and 3)experience with ERP and procurement tools (Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or related). Domestic travel up to 25% of the time to perform role responsibilities may be required.
