- Evolve reporting from descriptive to diagnostic (and where possible, predictive) analytics
- Drive standardization of performance reporting across teams

Position Overview The Sr. Process & Data Analyst is a key member of the Operational Excellence team, embedded within daily operations to drive performance visibility, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for working directly within operational data to identify inefficiencies, uncover trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements. A primary focus of this role is the development and ownership of meaningful KPIs across our Pricing Solutions team, particularly across out-of-network (OON) processes. This individual will partner closely with operations and leadership to define how performance is measured, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and ensure data is actively used to drive day-to-day decision-making.
