Registered Nurses (Nursing Department Only) Total: $35,000 - $15,000 in first paycheck after start date - $10,000 after 12 months of service - $10,000 after 18 months of service Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Work Schedule Shift Premium 12-hour Day: 7:00am-7:30pm 10% Weekend 12-hour Night: 7:00pm-7:30am 20% Weekday & 30% Weekend * 8-hour shifts will be considered upon request *Eligibility for Sign-on Bonus To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Our hospital serves the western thirty-seven (37) counties of North Carolina, as part of the state's system of care and treatment for persons with mental illness.
