Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Price Setting and Maintenance
• Execute daily pricing tasks such as computing standard prices, maintaining and updating price lists, and developing target cost recommendations for Sales teams.
• Support timely and accurate pricing responses for customer briefs and lead price preparation for key commercial offers.
• Margin Protection and Optimization
• Monitor gross margins regularly and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend pricing adjustments in response to raw material cost changes or margin enhancement needs.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to resolve cost-related challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Customer Engagement
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies support customer and business goals.
• Participate in pricing discussions with customers as needed-presenting proposals, clarifying agreements, and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Play an active role in pricing decisions, including incentives for key accounts, driving alignment between internal teams and customer expectations.
• Data Accuracy and Policy Compliance
• Maintain high data integrity across pricing processes, ensuring accuracy in system entries and updates.
• Adhere to internal pricing guidelines and support the enforcement of pricing policies across the business.
• Process Improvement and Project Support
• Contribute to local or regional pricing projects and process enhancement initiatives.
• Support efforts to simplify pricing tools, workflows, or data transparency for stakeholders.
• Main Requirements
• Bachelors in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance and controlling, or strategic financial analysis
