About the role
Our Client is hiring for LiveOps (Live Operations) is responsible for the reliability, availability, performance and security of Co's production cloud platforms and applications. As a Cloud Enginee r, you will sit at the intersection of SRE and Cloud Operations -owning live service health, leading incident response, and driving automation, observability, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Platform, Development, Security, Support and Services teams to evolve Co's SaaS operating model and reduce operational toil at scale. Operate and continuously improve Co's Azure-based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth. Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation. Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management. Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes. Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams. Essential competencies: Strong experience operating and supporting SaaSplatforms in Microsoft Azure . Experience operating and troubleshooting IISwith .NET applications Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance. Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing ( Datadog experience is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm during incidents. Experience with Kubernetes , containerization, and supporting tools. Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments Experience with Remote Desktop Architecture Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and fluent with version contro l (GitHub, Argo CD, etc). Basic Linux experience. Security-focused engineering or compliance experience. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform. Customer-facing incident communication experience.
