About the role

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to hiring managers and candidates (internal and external), oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries accurate and on time. Actively maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers during the process and ensures timely feedback. Strong ability to manage high volumes of work with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Native or Fluent in Japanese, minimum Intermediate level in English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
