Contract Senior QA Analyst (IT)

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute UAT test scenarios and test cases
• Validate:
• *Data accuracy from source systems to reports
• *Business logic, KPIs, and calculations
• *Dashboard functionality and usability
• Perform data reconciliation using SQL or other tools
• Coordinate with business stakeholders for UAT execution and sign-off
• Track, report, and manage defects through resolution
• Test end-to-end UiPath automation workflows
• Validate:
• *Process logic and business rules
• *Error handling and exception scenarios
• *Integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Conduct regression testing for robot releases
• Support UAT cycles for automation deployments
• Define and implement UAT strategy and approach
• Develop:
• *Test plans and schedules
• *Entry and exit criteria
• *Test metrics and reporting
• Drive structured defect management processes
• Identify opportunities to automate testing processes
• Contribute to QA best practices across modernization programs
• Enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA / Testing roles
• Strong experience in UAT for Data Analytics / BI platforms
• Hands-on experience testing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Solid understanding of:
• *Data models and ETL processes
• *Data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation
• Understanding of automation lifecycle and exception handling
• Test case design and execution
• UAT coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience in data migration or transformation projects
• Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks
• Experience testing RPA / workflows is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Analyst to support our core modernization initiatives on a fixed-term contract basis, focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Data Analytics platforms, Power BI reporting, and UiPath automation solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and business readiness of data-driven insights and automated processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data validation, BI testing, and automation QA, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders.
