Communicating orally and in writing Quality Assurance Program updates and complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel ensuring organizational goals. 2. Interpreting and appyling of quality assurance concepts, operating principles, and methodology applicable to repair a new construction shipbuilding technique ensuring the quality of products and services. 3. Providing technical direction in all phases of inspection techniques in Quality Assurance and makes technical evaluations necessary to assure conformance to established specifications and requirements. 4. Operating and specialized testing a Quality Assurance program for shipboard hull and machinery repair and maintenance, including functional relationships among components and subsystems. 5.Utilizing project management skills and principles to systematically approach the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organizational resources to make appropriate prioritization and critical decisions to support the organizational goals and objectives.
