Responsibilities

  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support for the e-FX Booking System and Channel Trading Platform, ensuring high availability and smooth operations.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in supporting trading systems, e-FX platforms, or treasury applications.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Web API, REST API, and middleware solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of databases, including query optimization and stored procedures.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge: Understanding of foreign exchange markets, trading workflows, and treasury operations.
  • Experience with trade lifecycle management, including execution, booking, and settlement.
  • Integration & Messaging: Experience with FIX protocol, SWIFT messages, and market data feeds from providers like Reuters or Bloomberg.
  • Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with technical teams and business users effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with electronic trading platforms like Murex, Calypso, or Wallstreet Suite.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance requirements for financial systems.
  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) or financial domain expertise.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
