- Proficiency in technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Web API, REST API, and middleware solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of databases, including query optimization and stored procedures.
- Financial Domain Knowledge: Understanding of foreign exchange markets, trading workflows, and treasury operations.
- Experience with trade lifecycle management, including execution, booking, and settlement.
- Integration & Messaging: Experience with FIX protocol, SWIFT messages, and market data feeds from providers like Reuters or Bloomberg.
- Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with technical teams and business users effectively.
