As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants - ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised. You will be responsible for: Managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retention Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders Coordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears control Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities. Energetic, personable and professional, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
