Clinic receptionist cum administrative assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and their parents warmly to create a welcoming clinic environment
• Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic flow
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize clinic operations and patient convenience
• Answer phone calls and take messages related to appointments and patient queries
• Measure patients' weight and height to assist in health assessments
• Measure blood pressure and pulse oximetry to support clinical evaluations
• Assist doctors during procedures to facilitate effective patient care
• Perform billing and collect payments to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Type medical reports to maintain clear and timely patient records
• Maintain medical records systematically to support continuity of patient care
• Keep the clinic tidy and clean to uphold a safe and hygienic environment
• Conduct stock taking to manage clinic supplies and inventory levels
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a fast and accurate work pace
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum GCE O levels or polytechnic qualification
• Achieved grade B or above in English and Math at O levels or equivalent
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience working in a medical clinic environment is preferred but not required
• Other Information
• Working Hours
• Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.30am to 1pm
