  • Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and menu presentation.

Additional Information

The Host serves as a liaison between the dining room staff and the kitchen, ensuring efficient communication and coordination to provide exceptional service to the restaurate. Additionally, they may handle reservations, manage seating arrangements, and address any guest concerns or special requests. Salary: up to £16,20 per hour including Tronc. Working 5 days over 7 Sunday to Tuesday daytime only Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner service.
