About the role
Our Wallace Gardens service provides 24 hour supported living, including accommodation for individuals with mental health needs, helping them to develop the skills required to live independently. The service consists of six self-contained flats, where you'll work closely with clients on a one-to-one basis, supporting their recovery journey and promoting independence. - Compassionate approach to supporting people with complex needs (including mental health and substance misuse)
- Ability to motivate, support and advocate for people using the service
