Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with discovery research leadership to align project priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage planning of the Precision Medicine (PMed) asset team portfolio in collaboration with the Head of Biomarker Programs Management, ensuring a comprehensive and strategic approach to asset progression.

  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Establish clear communication channels between internal teams and external partners.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking for precision medicine projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing informed recommendations and guidance.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific, medical, or business field preferred.
  • Significant experience in precision medicine, drug discovery, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
