Job Overview/Summary: The Information Management Manager will play a central role in managing IRC's data, analysis, and reporting functions. Ensure timely, secure, and actionable information flows between communities and decision makers at the agency and collective levels, tracking actions in response to community insight. This position is only opened for Myanmar National candidates. Major Responsibilities: The Information Management Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. : Maintain and update digital tools for community data submitted by partners, as well as the central database and customer relationship management tool for the inter-agency community feedback mechanism. Develop and apply standard data cleaning and coding processes. Produce regular reports and visual dashboards highlighting key trends, concerns, and recommendations. Support development and refinement of data collection tools, templates, and taxonomies in line with IASC standards. Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all data handling. Provide technical support and training to partners on data entry, tool usage, and information flows. Collaborate with communication, protection, and monitoring teams to ensure triangulation and use of data. Support the liaison with clusters/sectors and the ICCG/HCT to share relevant analysis that supports accountability and program adaptation. Contribute documentation of lessons learned and good practices in collective accountability data management. Any other task as reasonably required.
