About the role
Role: Social Media & Marketing Executive Location: 5 days a week (Office) - London, White City You will be the creative engine behind content that drives real customer acquisition - writing, filming, and appearing on camera as a face of Flatpay UK. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be visible, on camera, and producing content that gets measured against real results. Working closely with our acquisition marketing team in Copenhagen, you will help build Flatpay's presence in the UK market through social media, video, and written content targeted at SME merchants. The role suits someone who is native on social media, comfortable in front of a camera, and genuinely excited by the idea that their work drives measurable outcomes. Content Creation & Social Media Create video and written content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns targeted at UK SME merchants Be on camera as one of the faces of Flatpay UK - filming ads, brand content, and social formats Help coordinate video shoots - identifying contributors, planning formats, and bringing creative ideas Manage Flatpay UK's social media presence and community channels, including responding to comments and interactions Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to Flatpay's content approach Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the central acquisition marketing team in Copenhagen to align UK content with wider campaign goals Support the production and execution of video ad campaigns - contributing ideas and appearing on screen Write articles, captions, and customer-facing copy that informs and engages UK merchants Review campaign performance insights and apply learnings to improve future content Our Values At Flatpay, how we work matters as much as what we achieve.
