- Proven ability to synthesize compliance data into presentations for executive teams, maintaining comfort when working with imperfect data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, constructive approach to collaboration that fosters trust across diverse jurisdictions.
- Practical understanding of compliance frameworks and the ability to navigate the complexities of long-standing joint ventures or regional partner models.
- JD or advanced degree in law, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to communicate effectively with stakeholders whose first language is not English.
