You will prototype solutions, validate patterns, and ensure non-functional requirements are met at scale. You will: Architect scalable services, data flows, and interfaces with robust security and observability. Lead design reviews, proofs-of-concept, and performance benchmarking for embedded/system modules. Partner with product and operations to ensure reliability targets are achievable. Document standards and mentor engineers in advanced design techniques. Essential Requirements 12 to 15 years of related experience Advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues Hardware platforms (x86, ARM, PCIe, notebook/desktop systems) Firmware/BIOS (BIOS, Intel ME, RAID, iDRAC concepts) Device drivers, OS installation, and Windows environments End-to-end development, testing, and validation in hardware/software integrated systems Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup Capability to influence others to achieve results
