Job purpose We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Finance team as an Business Case Development Analyst! This position will support us in finance reporting and business case development and reporting to Controlling Manager.
Responsibilities
- Business case / Project study with Program manager and Commercial teams;
- Gate review and derive performance management for Key projects;
- Risk Strategy Management, support for reason sheet output and AR Application;
- Actual Key projects monthly review and provide full transparency on KPI and performance analysis.
- Negotiate Intercompany transfer price during Business case study;
- Multinational cooperation with Allied finance team for global projects;
- Perform financial and business evaluation on project plans and proposals to ensure sustainable financial performance and value creation;
- Process setup / fine-tuning to ensure seamless communication across the matrix
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.
- 10 years financial working experience in the multi-national company
- Over 5 years' cost accounting/financial analysis experience as a plus
- Strong SAP FICO model knowledge as a plus
- Excellent English skill
- Excellent EXCEL skill
- Familiar with Cashflow, ROI, EV, Risk strategy management model.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills; Pro-active; Well organized; Hard working; Team-player;
