As an SSL Lab Engineer at SEA99, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement safety protocols, drive process improvements, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure lab operations meet quality standards and safety requirements. This person will work Tuesday Through Saturday 3p-1:30a Key job responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the SSL lab environment Develop and maintain SOPs for lab operations and equipment Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors Conduct root cause analysis for lab incidents and implement corrective actions Collaborate with engineering teams to validate new hardware and software solutions Train team members on proper lab procedures and safety protocols Document technical issues, resolutions, and process changes A day in the life Laboratory setting with specialized test equipment May require occasional extended hours to complete critical test campaigns Collaborative team environment focused on product quality and reliability
