Responsibilities

  • Assist Team lead in grant strategy & programme design

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong collaboration across functions.
  • Job Requirements:
  • At least a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management, project management, cybersecurity, engineering, computer science, public policy, or related disciplines)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in grant management, research administration, project or programme management
  • Good understanding of research and innovation ecosystems, preferably in cybersecurity or deep technology domains
  • Proven experience in designing and managing funding programmes or large-scale initiatives
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across academia, industry, and government
  • Demonstrated experience in complex projects
  • Prior experience in coordination of internal review, approval, and submission processes
  • Good analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Good-to-Have:
  • Experience in public sector or national-level R&D programmes
  • Familiarity with research translation, commercialisation, or innovation ecosystems
  • Knowledge of financial governance, audit processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Established network within the cybersecurity or technology community

The CyberSG R&D Programme Office (CRPO) is a new national centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
