Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role involves supporting sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efforts while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. The consultant is responsible for refining recruitment strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing candidate experience. Additionally, this role involves data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with best hiring practices. Core Responsibilities 1. Support the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer extensions. 2. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 3. Source potential candidates using various online channels, job boards, and networking strategies. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, developing relevant interview questions with hiring managers. 5. Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. 6. Prepare job offer materials, ensuring alignment with job specifications and organizational guidelines. 7. Generate and analyze recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics and market trends to improve hiring strategies. 8. Represent the organization at job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talent. 9. Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices to optimize efficiency. 10. Participate in special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
