Preschool Senior Principal

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Centre Management
• Oversee daily centre operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards in health and safety, and cultivate a positive organisational culture.
• Strategic Growth & Enrolment
• Drive enrolment growth through strategic planning, brand positioning, parent engagement, and community partnerships.
• Curriculum & Programme Development
• Support and show interest in curriculum development and implementation to promote thematic-based, Mandarin immersion learning.
• Staff Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff through performance management, classroom observations, and structured professional development plans.
• Financial & Administrative Management
• Manage budgets and reports, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maintain sustainability.
• Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with parents, address feedback effectively, and promote transparent communication to support children's learning outcomes.
• Job Requirements
• Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution, with at least 3 years of experience leading a preschool team
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or equivalent
• Dependable leadership and people management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Financial and Operational Management experience preferred, with experience with Preschool Management Systems and Childcare Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
