Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, schedule, and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Degree or alternative qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems essential.
  • Strong commissioning (CX) expertise across all MV/LV power systems, including active support of Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
  • Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools
  • Fluent in English; Norwegian advantageous.

Role Overview The Electrical Project Manager will lead electrical system delivery for Nscale's hyperscale data centre projects. You will manage the technical execution of electrical packages from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover. This owner-side role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems. You will ensure electrical works are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet Nscale's safety, performance, and quality standards, while maintaining seamless integration with other building systems.
