Responsibilities

  • Leadership of Channels & Digital Pipeline Operations : You will own all digital channels: paid, owned, earned and optimize them end-to-end for awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Support product launches and high-value landing pages
  • Establish a performance-driven roadmap and operational cadence
  • Performance Analytics & KPI Leadership: Together with SalesOps, you will define and monitor the KPIs that drive digital excellence. You will extract insights, continuously optimize campaigns, increase demand capture, and deliver measurable pipeline impact across markets.
  • Hands-on Digital Execution (Core to the Role): As a hands-on leader, you will personally execute and oversee critical digital marketing activities to ensure high technical quality and operational speed:
  • Building and optimizing landing pages for campaigns and government programs
  • Managing and improving HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email journeys, and lead scoring
  • Running paid advertising campaigns (search, display, LinkedIn, retargeting)
  • Executing SEO optimizations, technical fixes, and structural enhancements
  • Creating and testing email journeys and nurture sequences
  • Running A/B tests for messaging, CTAs, layouts, and creative
  • Publishing and maintaining digital content in coordination with Brand & Content
  • Coaching your team on digital best practices and operational excellence

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • You will collaborate with Marketing Activation, Brand, SalesOps, Sales, IT, Compliance, and regional field teams to ensure digital marketing supports all stages of the lifecycle, from awareness to conversion to expansion.
  • You lead cross-functional digital initiatives and act as the subject-matter expert for all digital and channel topics. You guide stakeholders and support team members through influence, expertise, and results-driven direction.
  • Desired skillset

  • 5-8+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing within SaaS, analytics, aerospace, or other technology-driven industries.

As an integral member of Spire's Growth Marketing and Go-To-Market Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding Spire's market position across global commercial and governmental segments. You are a hands-on team leader: someone who sets the strategic digital direction and personally executes high-impact activities across Spire's digital ecosystem. You lead by doing, driving excellence, mentoring colleagues through expertise, and elevating the performance of Spire's digital and channel engine through operational mastery. In this role, you will own Spire's full digital and channels ecosystem, including paid and owned channels, inbound engines, and conversion paths. You will directly lead the Junior Social Media Marketing Manager and the SDR (Sales Development Representative) working within the digital pipeline flow. You will also have a dotted-line leadership responsibility for the Website Lead, ensuring alignment across performance, and conversion initiatives. You will build and operate the digital engine that drives Spire's pipeline objectives, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across Business Lines Commercial and Government. This role is fundamental in executing our Marketing Activation, Brand, Digital Strategy, and Sales Ops responsibilities in close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional partners. You will ensure alignment of digital activities with SPIRE's corporate strategy, Growth Marketing objectives, and regional go-to-market needs.
