Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
- Support requirements discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Help translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in system testing, including preparation of test cases and test execution.
- Assist in the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and user feedback sessions.
- Support project teams in the implementation of Agile or SDLC processes.
- Maintain and update documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Participate in research, analysis, and proposal writing for business solutions.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in any related roles will be advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
- Eligibility Requirement
- This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
