Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Launch Execution
- Execute go-to-market plans across Italy and Spain, from pre-launch preparation through to sustained in-market growth.
- Ensure product positioning and messaging connects with local consumers, not translated global copy.
- Manage multiple overlapping product workstreams and keep everything on track across demand generation media, social, affiliates, digital and in-store.
- Partner with Product Development, Sales, PR and IMC teams across EMEA and the US to deliver standout launches.
- Support category pricing strategy by analysing market trends, competitor moves, and customer data to inform decisions that drive volume and margin.
- Social, Content & Affiliates
- Coordinate creator seeding programmes in Italy and Spain, ensuring the right products are in the right hands well before launch day.
- In collaboration with the social and affiliates team, brief and oversee the creation of launch-defining social content that generates real cultural conversation, not just impressions.
- Build and activate an affiliate ecosystem across creators, influencers, and retail partners in both markets.
- Work closely with local agencies and internal teams to produce content that performs across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and beyond.
- Identify what is working, move budget behind it quickly, and stop what is not.
- eCommerce & Performance
- Track eCommerce performance across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, identifying opportunities and flagging issues early.
- Monitor PDP quality, conversion rates, and content effectiveness at SKU level.
- Use the SharkNinja Marketing Dashboard and weekly performance data to surface insights and support fast decision-making.
- Support your manager on P&L tracking and category goal delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Category Marketing, Product Marketing, or a closely related field, ideally in consumer goods, appliances, or FMCG.
- Native fluency in Italian or Spanish, with strong working proficiency in English. Both languages is a big plus.
- You are based in Spain.
- Real hands-on experience with affiliate marketing and social commerce, not just awareness of them.
- Commercially aware: you can read a P&L, interpret data, and know what questions to ask.
- A track record of working with creators and agencies to produce content that actually performs.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian and/or Spanish retail landscape, including Amazon and key retailers.
- The kind of energy that raises the pace of a team, not slows it down.
- Outstanding organisational skills. You are managing multiple markets and overlapping launches simultaneously.
