- Participate in team meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures for change management, security, and compliance.
- Escalate issues and concerns to appropriate organizational contacts in a timely manner.
- Communicate with stakeholders and end-users as needed to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to projects and tasks, including network diagrams, device configurations, and system documentation.
- Complete required training as identified by the organization.
- Collaborate with other teams and engineers as needed to provide comprehensive solutions for organizational needs.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and share ideas for review and implementation.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities such as peer reviews and mentoring programs to build expertise across the team.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology/computer science or similar through education or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory CCNA certification.
- CCNP or similar certification by experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, QoS, WLAN, and related technologies.
- Willingness to work with a flexible schedule to meet project requirements.
- Readiness to travel to support network deployment activities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
