About the role

Job Scope: You will strive to be a champion with Sales Leads in driving professional and exceptional customer experience outcome Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with technology. Providing competent technical and clinical support when technology is used by surgeons. Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new technology. Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
