Commercial Lending Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Process loan modifications in the core system
• Initiate invoice processing through Oracle for the business unit
• Review financial documents and loan agreements
• Complete daily/monthly clearing account general ledger reconciliations
• Process loan advances and Draws for supported lending groups
• Process loan payments
• Boarding loans into Core Systems
• Escrow disbursements
• Loan reconciliations and rate adjustments, ensure accuracy in the core system
• Board and track loan insurance
• Loan document storage and recall
• Prepare loan payoff requests and subsequent processing
• Other priorities as needed within Commercial Lending Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Entry-level role
• Strong customer service and operations acumen
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task/prioritize work effectively
• MS Office
• Strong attention to detail

Axos Bank Target Range: $21.50/hr. - $30.00/hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Within the Commercial Lending Operations department, you will provide day-to-day processing support to commercial loan servicing. Technology & Operations is a group formed around business support and assisting our business units in opportunities and efficiencies.
