Responsibilities

  • Sales & Operations Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team
  • Monitor and respond to customer and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update key sales data including pricing, shipments, quality, and production information

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Finance, and international sales offices
  • Logistics & Trade Coordination
  • Support communication between customers and overseas operations (e.g. South Africa)
  • Assist with shipment coordination and resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Ensure smooth execution of import/export processes and trade documentation
  • Experience & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
  • Prior exposure to commodities, trading, logistics, or shipping will be advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of trade processes (e.g. Incoterms, Letters of Credit) is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones
