Group Fitness Instructor (on-call) - Carmel, IN HealthFitness is looking for an energetic and engaging Group Class Instructor to support the fitness team at our corporate client site in Carmel, Indiana . Step in to lead dynamic classes and keep participants motivated when regular instructors are unavailable. On-call/substitute role (as needed) Great opportunity to stay active and inspire others Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $35 - $40/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
