Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and operational priorities.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships and influence business outcomes through people-focused solutions.
- Good leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
